At Family Voice we hear a great deal about barriers and challenges to school/college attendance faced by children/young people with additional needs.

This survey is for any child young/person with any level of attendance issues, including those getting in but struggling with difficulties unseen/unacknowledged by their school/college.

We need to evidence this lived experience around school/college attendance along with the support families receive when attendance is not possible or is reduced.

So, how has the last academic year been for your child/young person with additional needs?

We need to hear all experiences positive and negative. We need to evidence what is going wrong and also where things go well so this can be replicated.
