- Proposed minor amendments to FVS Constitution:
- a) Replace Clause 16. Reappointment of charity trustees
Any person who retires as a charity trustee by rotation or by giving notice to the CIO is eligible for reappointment. A charity trustee who has served for three consecutive terms may not be reappointed for a fourth consecutive term but may be reappointed after an interval of at least three years.

b) Replace Clause 28 sub clause (4). The amendment does not take effect until it has been recorded in the Register of Charities.

Your vote is important, and we encourage all Members to vote in advance, regardless of whether or not you can attend the AGM. You will find above the complete voting pack which includes all the documents you will need when completing your voting form. Please complete no later than 12pm on Thursday 8th February to ensure that all votes can be counted.
Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM but only FVS Members are able to vote.
