Formal Complaints Process with SOS!SEN

At Family Voice we often signpost families to the Local Authority’s formal complaints process. This can potentially galvanise action, but also formal complaints are logged and externally monitored, and they are the escalation route to the Local Government Ombudsmen (LGO) where families are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaints process.

We are delighted to have Megan Gale from SOS SEN coming along to a zoom session to give us an outline of how the process should work and to give some guidance and tips on what can feel like can feel difficult and onerous task.
