Please find below the collective parent carer response from Family Voice Surrey to the EOTAS Consultation, which has now been submitted.

To help shape this response, Family Voice Surrey sought the views and experiences of parent carers across Surrey through our survey, an online engagement event, and feedback shared directly with us by email and in person.
