Following the ’24 AGM held last week, the Trustees undertook a review of the meeting record in order to finalise the minutes. This review identified that the meeting did not meet the quorum requirements set out in the CIO’s constitution, as a number of  attendees could not be verified with certainty.

Accordingly, the Trustees are unable to recognise the meeting as valid for constitutional purposes.

All resolutions that were tabled for the 2024 AGM will therefore be carried forward and included on the agenda for the next AGM. The 2025 AGM is scheduled to take place in March 2026.

The Trustees would like to thank everyone who attended the meeting for their time and engagement.
