Dear Parent/Carer,

 Department for Education Survey – Parent carer views of SEND bases within mainstream schools.

Department for Education invite you to take part in a survey intended to gather views from parents and carers who have a child who currently, or has previously, attended a SEN unit or resourced provision, or a school’s own unit for SEND provision.

They intend to publish the response to this survey and the information collected will help DfE make decisions about SEND provision in mainstream schools. They will not be able to tell who has responded in the published report. You can find out more information about why they are running this survey and who to contact if you have any questions in the attached parent carer information sheet.
