Alternative Provision (AP) Engagement Session
Surrey County Council need your help and lived experience to drive forward improvements to Alternative Provision in Surrey.
Following the feedback the local authority has received from the recent AP survey, we are wanting to meet with parental groups to establish how we can take forward the next steps to inform practice around the commissioning, communication and engagement with teams around Alternative Provision.
The session will focus on :
- Communication with Parents
- Making AP Work in Practice
- What happens next
If you are a parent carer of a child or young person who has or is accessing alternative provision or it is something you are exploring, then please do join us for this online engagement event. We will be joined by Kathrine Everett, Alternative Provision and Participation Service Manager who is keen to share the plans following the survey and gather your views and feedback to help shape AP moving forwards.
