Join Lucy for a coffee and chat and meet SOS SEN at the Diamond Riding Centre Wednesday 25th June 12 noon to 2pm.
The Diamond Riding centre invites parent carers of Children and Young People with any additional need or disability to an information session with charities SOS SEN and Family Voice Surrey
Where: The Diamond Riding Centre, Woodmansterne Road, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 4DT
When: Wednesday 25th June 12 noon to 2pm
There will be hot drinks, biscuits and the chance to chat with others facing similar experiences. Join us to find out more about how SOS SEN offers free advice on navigating the SEN system and how Family Voice Surrey ensures your experiences are heard by decision makers in Education, Health and Social Care. Family Voice Surrey also run regular groups and support focused on specific issues, for example School Anxiety and Attendance difficulty, Autism, ADHD, issues facing families of those entering adulthood. In addition to being an RDA centre, The Diamond offers many volunteering opportunities to teenagers and adults, including teenagers who may be struggling with school attendance/home educated or on EOTAS plans, and riding lessons for non-disabled riders. https://www.diamondcentre.org.uk/
