Dear Members,
You are warmly invited to attend the Family Voice Surrey Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2024, which will be held online on:

Online via Zoom (with Facebook Live streaming)
Important Information
This AGM is being held later than the 15-month period set out in our constitution. We previously informed you of the reasons for this delay — primarily to allow time for thoughtful consultation, planning, and to ensure meaningful participation during a time of organisational restructure. We’ve kept the Charity Commission informed throughout this process.
We appreciate your patience and continued support as we work to ensure our charity is stronger, more sustainable, and responsive to the families we serve.

Please note: Trustee elections will not take place during this AGM. These will be deferred to the 2025 AGM planned for the end of March 2026, to allow for a smooth transition as we embed our organisational changes and onboard the new Steering Group.
