Event details
Nourishing Neurodivergent Children and Young People: Practical Nutrition Support for Calm, Focus and General Wellbeing.
Sandrine Olmi is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Mind, Body, Eating Coach who specialises in supporting families of neurodivergent children. As both a practitioner and a mum of a neurodivergent child, she understands how exhausting it can feel to navigate food refusal, anxiety, meltdowns, poor sleep, and the constant worry of whether your child is getting what they need.
In this supportive and practical session, Sandrine will share evidence-informed guidance on how nutrition can support children’s mood, focus, sleep, digestion and emotion regulation. Parents will learn simple ways to make meals and eating habits feel more manageable, along with practical steps to support gut health specifically. The session will also cover how parents can nourish themselves to maintain energy, resilience and patience.
This session is designed to leave families feeling reassured, empowered, and supported with gentle, practical ideas they can start using straight away.
We look forward to having you attend the event!
