14/4/25 SEND Advice Surrey: parental EHCP requests

Surrey parent carers are invited to a free coffee morning on Monday April 14th  at The Space*, Oxted, with staff from SEND Advice Surrey. This session is hosted by FVS Tandridge Coordinator Gretta Schifano and FVS Deputy CEO Charlotte Swann, and runs from 10.30am to midday. SEND Advice Surrey is the county’s statutory Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities Information, Advice and Support (SENDIAS) service for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years with additional needs and/or disability, their parents/carers and professionals. The advice which they provide is impartial, confidential and free of charge. Staff from the service will talk about parental EHCP requests, and will also offer advice on other SEND issues. Please do come along with any SEND questions that you have.

*The Space is a room in Oxted Community Hall, which is next to St Mary’s Church. The address is: The Space, Oxted Community Hall, 53, Church Lane, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 9NB. There’s a small car park there, but if it’s full you can use the other Oxted car parks (e.g. Morrisons) and walk from there.

Please email gretta.s@familyvoicesurrey.org with any queries.
