The full programe for the day will include the following:
- 9am – 10am – Marketplace* open
- 10am – 11am – Keynote speaker and Q&As (Clare Truman spectrumspace.co.uk )
- 11am – 11.15am – Coffee Break
- 11.15am – 12.15am – SOS!SEN workshop (Tribunal updates – fully booked with waiting list)
- 11.15am – 12.15pm – Panel** (Q&A with key members of the Additional Needs & Disabilities Partnership)
- 12.15pm – 1.30pm – Lunch
- 1.00pm – 2.00pm – SOS!SEN workshop (EBSNA & EOTAS – fully booked with waiting list)
- 2.00pm – 3.00pm – SOS!SEN workshop (Appealing an EHCP – fully booked with waiting list)
- 1.30pm – 3.00pm – Breakout Tables (with members of the Additional Needs & Disabilities Partnership)
- 3.00pm CLOSE

SOS!SEN workshops
We are allocating one place only per parent carer on the workshops, but if you are interested in more than one, we will be running a waiting list. If the workshop is not full, we will then allocate spaces to those on the waiting list.
**Panel
There will be a panel Q&A discussion at 11.15am – 12.15pm.

Breakout Tables
There will be 9 breakout tables for the session which will run from 1.30pm – 3.00pm.
These will be as follows:-
Early Years, EHCPs, Transport, FVS Trustees, Surrey County Council Leadership Team, PfA (social care & education), Mindworks, Social Care and Health
These will be run for sessions of 10 minutes and then an alarm will ring, and it is time to move onto the next table. This is to accommodate as many parent carers in as many areas as possible.
Lunch
We will be providing a buffet lunch for all attendees. This will be in the form of platters of sandwiches, fruit, crisps, tea, coffee, juice and water. There will be a break in proceedings for lunch (12.15pm – 1.30pm) to enable everyone to choose some lunch and mingle for a short while.
Meet your FVS Borough Coordinator
As part of the event, we wanted to let you know that we will be hosting a ‘coffee and chat’ area (located in the FVS Borough Coordinator corner of the main hall) for parent carers to meet and talk to others on the same journey as them and meet our Borough Coordinators, we hope that you will join us there.
